Auxiliary Pancake Breakfast
The Auxiliary is holding a Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser at the St. Johns Applebee's on Saturday, April 11, 2015, from 8am to 10am.  The ticket price includes pancakes, eggs and bacon.  Tickets are $8.00 each and can be purchased from many Auxiliary members or at the Lounge.  For questions, you can call Marcy Jorae at (517) 230-1024 or Lori Smalley at (517) 927-5598.

Saturday Morning Breakfasts are now over.
Breakfasts all you can eat are now over for the 2014-2015 season.  The Breakfast crew (pictured left) Dick Root, Larry Moeggenberg and Bob Paksi (Jeff, missing in this picture), thanks you for your support of veterans and hoped you enjoyed a great breakfast.  If not, you missed a great time and a great meal. Bye!

Operation CARE is over for the year 2014, it was a good year. Thank you, to all who helped in setup and standing a watch.
Operation CARE is where the American Legion Post 153 stands a post at the public rest stop on US 127 between Dewitt and St. Johns.  We hand out free cups of coffee and donuts to weary holiday drivers and family on Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day weekends.  We also have free cups of ice tea, lemonade and ice water.
HELP THE LEGION WITH TEXAS HOLD'EM
Texas Hold'em is the Legion's BIG fund raiser for the year.  We only do it 16 days a year (max).  Sign up sheet is in the Lounge, please help the Legion and volunteer.  Texas Hold'em is at Trippers in Frandor.  We need 16 people.  Future dates are TBA.  Help us out, please.
